Engineered onto a dramatic granite cliffside overlooking the French Riviera, the Minimalist Villa is defined by heroic horizontal cantilevers that extend up to 9 meters without visible vertical supports.
The structural layout cascades down three distinct terraces. The uppermost level accommodates the private master suite and art gallery; the mid-level features an 18-meter clear-span living salon that merges seamlessly with an infinity swimming pool; and the lower level embeds guest suites into the cliff face.
Using Italian Navona travertine and self-consolidating ultra-white titanium dioxide concrete, the villa maintains a crisp luminous geometry that reflects the intense Côte d'Azur sunlight while providing cool, sheltered shade within.

- Roman Travertine: Unfilled Navona travertine slabs cut cross-vein with honed non-slip finish.
- Cantilever Structure: Post-tensioned steel tendon tendons concealed within the ceiling plane.
- Solar Moderation: Deep 3.5m cantilevered overhangs preventing direct summer solar gain while welcoming winter sun.
